In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
Allah! There is no God but He – the Living, The Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him Nor Sleep. All things in heaven and earth are His. Who could intercede in His presence without His permission? He knows what appears in front of and behind His creatures. Nor can they encompass any knowledge of Him except what he wills. His throne extends over the heavens and the earth, and He feels no fatigue in guarding and preserving them, for He is the Highest and Most Exalted.

Allah, the Most High, speaks the truth.

Benefits of Ayatul Kursi

  1. Ayatul Kursi was delivered by 70,000 guarding angels of Allah (swt) to mankind that is how precious it is. Do you have 70,000 friends? Well try and think of how many angels bought forth Ayatul Kursi for us.
  2. When Ayatul Kursi is recited Allah (swt) creates a guardian angel to protect you from shaytaan (devil) until the morning when it should be read again. Alhamdulillah.
  3. The verse of The Throne: Ayatul Kursi is the 255th verse in the second chapter (surah) of Al-Baqara. It is the most famous verse of the Qur’an and is widely memorized and displayed due to its emphatic description of Allah (swt)’s power over the entire universe.
  4. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “Whoever recites Ayatul Kursi immediately after each prescribed prayer, there will be nothing standing between him and his entering paradise except death.
  5. Hadrat Abu Hurairah (ra) narrates this hadith from Rasulallaah (pbuh), with the addition that there is an Ayat in surah Al Baqara, which is the chief ayat of the Qur’an. Who so ever recites it in a house where shaaitaan is (Devil), he (Shaaitaan) will leave.
  6. Hadrat Ibne Masood (r.a) says that a person requested Rasulallaah (pbuh) to teach him something that will benefit him. The Prophet (pbuh) said: ” Read Ayatul Kursi, it will protect you, your children, home and even those houses surrounding your house.”
  7. Hadrat Ibn Abbas (ra) said that when Rasulallaah (pbuh) recited the last ayat of surah Baqara and Ayatul Kursi he laughed and said: “these have come from the treasures of Allah)”.

Lesson : as mentioned in Surah At-Taubah Ayat 48 // Muslim Book 39, Chapter 11, Hadith # 6738

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Anas bin Malik (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: Messenger of Allah   [SAWW](PBUH) said, "Among the inmates of Hell, a person who had led the most luxurious life in this world will be brought up on the Day of Resurrection and dipped in the Fire and will be asked: `O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any comfort? Did you happen to get any luxury?' He will reply: `By Allah, no, my Rubb.' And then one of the people of Jannah who had experienced extreme misery in the life of this world will be dipped in Jannah. Then he will be asked: `O son of Adam! Did you ever experience any misery? Did you ever encounter difficulty?' He will say: "By Allah, no my Rubb, I neither experienced misery nor passed through hardship".
[Muslim Book 39, Chapter 11, Hadith # 6738].
Lesson: as mentioned above in Surah At-Taubah Ayat 48. until the truth (victory) came and the Decree of Allah (His Religion, Islam) became manifest though they hated it. This Hadith also induces one to work for the life of the Hereafter, as the amenities of this world which one strives hard to attain, and for which one violates the injunctions of Shari`ah, will be forgotten with a glimpse of the Hell-fire. Therefore, the sensible course is that one should adopt a way of life which is full of true faith and good deeds so that one becomes eligible for the eternal blessings and joys of the life of the Hereafter.

Surah Taubah Ayat 48 (Verse) with Urdu & English Translation and Tafseer

English Translation of Al-Quran
[09] Surah At-Taubah [The Repentance]
Ayat 48. Verily, they had plotted sedition before, and had upset matters for you (The Messenger of Allah  [SAWW](PBUH), - until the truth (victory) came and the Decree of Allah (His Religion, Islam) became manifest though they hated it.
Tafseer of Surah Surah At-Taubah Ayat 48. Indeed they had plotted sedition before, and upset matters for thee, until,- the Truth arrived, and the Decree of Allah became manifest much to their disgust. Evil plotters against Truth are only too glad to get an opportunity of meddling from within with affairs which they want to spoil or upset. They plot from outside, but they like to get into the inner circle, that their chances of intrigue may be all the greater. They are, however, unwilling to incur any danger or any self-sacrifice. The whole of their activities are directed to mischief. Great wisdom is required in a leader to deal with such a situation, and the best of such leaders must need divine guidance, as was forthcoming in this case.

Lesson : as mentioned in Surah At-Taubah Ayat 47 // Al-Bukhari Hadith # 6054

English Translation of Hadith
Hazrat Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) said: A man sought permission for audience with the Messenger of Allah  [SAWW](PBUH). He said, "Give him permission but he is a bad member of his tribe.'' [Al-Bukhari Hadith # 6054].
Lesson : as mentioned above in Surah At-Taubah Ayat 47. Had they marched out with you, they would have added to you nothing except disorder, and they would have hurried about in your midst (spreading corruption)" on basis of this Hadith Imam Al-Bukhari has obviously justified the spreading information of wicked people to save people from being deceived from their appearance. If people are not informed of the real conduct of such persons, their religious as well as worldly life will be exposed to a grave danger. For this reason, the backbiting of wicked persons for the purpose of warning others is permissible.

Surah Taubah Ayat 47 (Verse) with Urdu & English Translation and Tafseer,

English Translation of Al-Quran
[09] Surah At-Taubah [The Repentance]
Ayat 47. Had they marched out with you, they would have added to you nothing except disorder, and they would have hurried about in your midst (spreading corruption) and sowing sedition among you, and there are some among you who would have listened to them. And Allah is the All-Knower of the Zalimun (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.).
Tafseer of Surah Surah At-Taubah Ayat 47. If they had come out with you, they would not have added to your (strength) but only (made for) disorder, hurrying to and fro in your midst and sowing  sedition among you, and there would have been some among you who would have listened to them. But Allah knoweth well those who do wrong. Khitalhas more than one meaning, but I follow the interpretation of Raghib and the majority of accepted Commentators, who take it to mean "in your midst", Allah next reminds of His perfect knowledge, saying, And Allah is the All-Knower of the wrongdoers. Allah says that He knows what occurred, what will occur and if anything would have occurred, how it would occur, such as, (Had they marched out with you, they would have added to you nothing except disorder), indicating what they would have done had they marched, even though they did not. Allah said in similar Ayat, But if they were returned (to the world), they would certainly revert to that which they were forbidden. And indeed they are liars. (6:28) Had Allah known of any good in them, He would indeed have made them listen; and even if He had made them listen, they would but have turned away with aversion (to the truth). (8:23)  And if We had ordered them (saying), "Kill yourselves (the innocent ones kill the guilty ones) or leave your homes,'' very few of them would have done it; but if they had done what they were told, it would have been better for them, and would have strengthened their conviction.  And indeed We would then have bestowed upon them a great reward from Ourselves. And indeed We would have guided them to the straight way. (4:66-68)
