Surah Taubah Ayat 44 (Verse) with Urdu & English Translation and Tafseer

English Translation of Al-Quran
[09] Surah At-Taubah [The Repentance]
Ayat 44. Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day would not ask your leave to be exempted from fighting with their properties and their lives, and Allah is the All-Knower of Al-Muttaqun (the pious).
Tafseer of Surah Surah At-Taubah Ayat 44. Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day ask thee for no exemption from fighting with their goods and persons. And Allah knoweth well those who do their duty. Those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, to be exempted from fighting with their properties and their lives. because they consider Jihad an act of worship. This is why when Allah called them to perform Jihad, they obeyed and hasten to act in His obedience, and Allah is the All-Knower of those who have Taqwa. Those who ask your leave, to remain behind, without a valid excuse, those who believe not in Allah and the Last Day, they do not hope for Allah's reward in the Hereafter for their good actions, and whose hearts are in doubt, about the validity of what you brought them, so in their doubts they waver.

Surah Taubah Ayat 37 (Verse) with Urdu & English Translation and Tafseer

English Translation of Al-Quran
[09] Surah At-Taubah [The Repentance]
Ayat 37. The postponing (of a Sacred Month) is indeed an addition to disbelief: thereby the disbelievers are led astray, for they make it lawful one year and forbid it another year in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah, and make such forbidden ones lawful. The evil of their deeds seems pleasing to them. And Allah guides not the people, who disbelieve.
Tafseer of Surah Surah At-Taubah Ayat 37. Verily the transposing  (of a prohibited month) is an addition to Unbelief: the Unbelievers are led to wrong thereby: for they make it lawful one year, and forbidden another year, in order to adjust the number of months forbidden by Allah and make such forbidden ones lawful. The evil of their course seems pleasing to them. But Allah guides not those who reject Faith. To meddle with an old-fashioned custom of close time for warfare during Prohibited or Sacred Months was not only a demonstration of the Unbelievers against the Muslims on account of their Faith, but was wrong and unjust in itself, as it abolished a wholesome check on unregulated warfare, and prejudiced the law-abiding side by arbitrary decisions. Cf. 6:122. The lawless man thinks he is doing a great thing in getting the better of those who are careful to observe a law they believe in. But the lawless man loses the guidance of Faith, which is a symbol of his being guided by Allah;  he will therefore lose in the end.
